International Organization for Standardization 9001 (ISO 9001)

ISO 9001 is a global adopted standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). The standard was derived from the collective experience of international experts who participated in the ISO Technical Committee ISO/TC 176 Quality Management, and Quality Assurance. The certification can be utilized across any business field or industry to improve organizational quality. Organizations must re-certify to the standard every three years and undergo third-party surveillance audits each year.

International Organization for Standardization 20000 (ISO 20000)

ISO 20000 is an international standard for Information Technology Service Management systems (ITSM). The standard was developed using best practices described in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) framework.

International Organization for Standardization 27001 (ISO 27001)

ISO 27001 is an international standard for specifications of an Information Security Management System (ISMS). The ISMS emphasizes OnPoint management’s commitment to ensuring the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of information by the implementation of security controls based on risk factors. ISO 27001 not only covers security for electronic information but extends to physical resources and proprietary knowledge of employees. This holistic approach to information security demonstrates credibility, trust, and confidence to all customers, stakeholders, and partners.

Capability Maturity Model Integration Maturity Level 3 (DEV/SVC)

CMMI Maturity Level 3 is one of five “Maturity Levels” in the CMMI. Level 3 is known as the “Defined” level. Maturity Level 3 is achieved when an organization successfully completes a SCAMPI A appraisal (Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement). We hold a Level 3 rating in both development and services.
